Made from a blend of 66% polyester, 25% nylon, and 9% spandex, this velvet offers stretch, sheen, and a sumptuous handfeel, making it ideal for dresses, skirts, eveningwear, performance costumes, and accessories. This was previously known as Carlotta in the Carrington Fabrics range.
