Refund policy

Should your purchase disappoint in any way,  please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  

Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition. Customers will be liable for the return shipping costs and any duties. 

Refunds will be issued as below

Full Pieces - A full refund of the value of the goods supplied for will be issued.

Half Pieces - An 80% refund of the value of the goods supplied will be issued. 

Cut Lengths - A 50% refund of the value of the goods supplied will be issued. 

Items which are Dyed to order - A 50% refund of the value of the goods supplied will be issued.

Faulty products

Under the Consumer Rights Act we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for products that are faulty or clearly misrepresented.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take delivery. 

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
