WHAT TYPE OF LACE TRIM SHOULD I USE FOR A WEDDING VEIL?
The lace trim you choose for a veil is really about preference but there are a few other considerations. A lightweight lace edging such as Tamsin means that the veil will still retain its floatiness. Be careful not to use a heavy crystal trim as this could weigh down the veil depending on the weight of the trim. Lace trimming that is lightly embellished with beads or sequins is fine. If you are looing at a wide trim that has a straight edge both top and bottom then this will be a little more tricky to sew around the curving edge of the veil. Most wider width lace trims have a scalloped edge and/or a peaked second edge like Naomi white lace trim to allow the edging to be adapted easily to the curve of the veil.
