The Platinum Bridal Fabrics online gallery, where we showcase the many gorgeous pictures sent to us by our happy customers, has recently been added to. This latest stunningly-beautiful dress was created by Cecilia and utilises Sarah lace combined with an off-white tulle to provide its glorious and charming visual effect.
We contacted Cecilia, who lives in Uruguay, South America, to tell us a little more about the choices she made when designing the fabulous wedding gown. She told us that she chose Sarah wedding lace because she ‘loved the flower shapes and, in addition, was attracted to its tactile, high-quality finish which gave it a ‘very delicate and feminine quality’. The lace she ordered was quickly received and exactly matched the quality of the samples which had been previously sent.
Cecilia initially viewed the Platinum Bridal Fabrics selection of wedding dress material based on the recommendation of a friend. After being instantly wowed by our vast and diverse collection and the deal was sealed when she discovered just how competitive our prices are - Cecilia told us that she couldn't believe our prices as the cost of lace in her native Uruguay is so prohibitively expensive.
Sarah wedding lace is an enduring favourite amongst our customers, thanks to its classically-beautiful style. With entrancing identical scalloped borders, which themselves are a complex and glorious array of floral bouquets, framing a design featuring a triptych of flower spray motifs, this heavily-shaded and -corded wedding lace is vibrant, exciting and dramatic. White Sarah wedding lace was used in Cecilia’s design, though we also supply this evocative fabric in ivory with matching lace appliqués.
When we asked Cecilia if she would be happy to recommend Platinum Bridal Fabrics, we found she had already pipped us to the post! “I have already recommended two brides”, she told us, “because the fabrics are of excellent quality and the service Duncan (our Managing Director) gives is always polite”.
