Many styles of bridal lace utilise net or mesh to connect motifs together. Guipure lace is different, in that the motifs are linked together using bars or plaits, creating an exciting alternative. Bridal Fabrics are pleased to present three styles of Guipure lace to inspire both brides-to-be and wedding dress designers alike.
Ivory Guipure Lace: Emma
With a particularly light handle, Emma lace is a delicate and feminine choice. Large flower motifs are interspersed with flower buds and foliage, all of which work harmoniously together to create a stunning visual aesthetic.
Both edges are identical and feature more floral motifs along a gently scalloped line, perfect for creating V-neck style wedding gowns. Emma lace is also available in classic white.
Ivory Guipure Lace: Spirit
Spirit guipure lace features a complex blend of shapes which flow into and onto one another in an intricate, mesmerising display.
The shapes have been outlined and highlighted with embroidery and beading, creating a truly stunning shimmer effect in a glamorous and charismatic 1920s style.
Ivory Guipure Lace: Nina
An immediately striking ivory lace, Nina is one of our most beautiful styles of guipure wedding fabric, which has ensured it is a consistent bestseller.
Both of the edges are delicately fringed, framing a series of superlatively-designed flowers and leaves, which interlock in a dense repeating pattern. The finish of the lace is the same on both sides.
