Bridal Fashion Week was as inspiring as ever, with plenty of new trends emerging for next year's Spring season. If you are a creative designer or bride-to-be with a sense of fashionable style, then don't miss this article where we reveal three of the most exciting bridalwear trends to emerge...

Sheer Sleeves

Sassy, sexy and seductively sheer wedding dress material was used for creating sleeves, with embroidered floral motifs featuring on the sleeves of A-line and sheath type dresses. Daring naked silhouettes added relief to embellished bodices, with designers such as Watters, Mira Zwillinger and Amsale going for the sheer-sleeve look.

Thigh-High Slits

For brides who want to show a little skin, recent seasons have gravitated towards emphasized bodices, V-back and corset-top gowns. Spring 2020 looks set to be the season of the emphasized leg, with many designer gowns featuring risqué slits soaring up to thigh length. Notable designers showing off the daring look included Justin ALexander and Oscar de la Renta.

Off-the-Shoulder Puff Sleeves

Some of the most exciting and influential red carpet dresses in recent months, worn by stars like Lady Gaga and Tracee Ellis Ross, have been created by designer Pierpaolo Piccioli. These gowns have been oversized and flamboyant, featuring voluminous short sleeves added to off-the-shoulder style gowns. The look has been recreated in bridal wear for Spring 2020 by designers like Anne Barge, Lela Rose and Viktor & Rolf.

There are lots of brand new lace fabric styles available at Bridal Fabrics to help designers and brides-to-be create a fashion-forward look. Check out some of these styles on our website and get ready for an extremely stylish 2020!
