The latest batch of brand new lace designs has arrived at Platinum Bridal Fabrics amidst great excitement. Two brand-new designs have been added to our collection along with a new twist on some old favourites, continuing our commitment to be suppliers of the most diverse range of wedding fabrics in the UK and beyond.
Measuring a generous 56” from edge to edge, Leah is an unusual and pretty addition to our collection of ivory lace. Composed of a series of closely-set floral displays, the lace is utterly feminine, a quality further enhanced by delicately-scalloped edges and an evocative looping fringe. The unusual touch is given with the use of a very open weave that has been corded with delicately-pale ivory thread to highlight and embellish the sumptuous bouquets that make up Leah’s striking design.
Joining Leah in our collection of ivory lace is Meredith. The Welsh name means ‘noted ruler’ and is perfect for this regal fabric, which is a more refined version of our incredibly successful Gemma lace launched earlier this year. Our talented designer has lovingly corded several floral elements of this fringed lace, giving the fabric a bold, three-dimensional appearance.
Available in a range of exciting colours including plum, lilac, powder pink and China blue, Belinda lace is enduringly popular at Platinum Bridal Fabrics. By popular demand, we now have this elegant fabric available in classic white. Two sizes of gorgeously-designed floral motifs shaded with the most lustrous embroidery thread run throughout the body of the design, leading to the symmetrical, scalloped borders that surround it. To further highlight and embellish the stunning design of Belinda, fine cording has been expertly utilised.
Designed with luxury in mind, Svetlana is a premium choice and its quality is unmatched. Incredibly delicate thread has been carefully interwoven and embroidered to create a complex lattice of flowers which have then been beautifully embellished with pearls, beading and diamantes. Svetlana can be used to create a wedding dress that is truly unique and will be the talking point of the day.
